Volunteering
At Qualicum & District Curling Club, we are embarking on a volunteering scheme that is part of our 5-Year Business Plan; we have identified the key areas that are the driving force behind the club’s operations.
Our plan is to enlist volunteer TEAMS in each of these key areas. Performing these functions as a team means;
Fewer hours required by each volunteer
Broader input in each area
Less volunteer burnout
Experienced volunteers going into the next season
