An Extraordinary Gift
QDCC would like to extend sincere gratitude to Edie and Lawrence Jacques for their gracious and generous donation to the club. This is the second gift that they have made to this club. We are so fortunate include them in our membership and their generosity is so greatly appreciated!
Edie writes: " I love curling. It is a wonderful sport. The executive work hard for the club and without them, we would have no club. For this I am grateful. Larry and I would like to make a donatin to the club so the executive can be able to do the improvements they want to do. I am sure they will be working all summer to make sure we are ready in October to curl again. For this I thank them one and all."

Thank you to all the members who volunteered during the 2006-7 season. Whether you served on an executive, helped with a bonspiel, participated in organizing an event, made decorations, taught/attended a class, made sandwiches or did dishes......in whatever way you volunteered... THANK YOU! You are the reason our club is successful!
