The Qualicum and District Curling Club is committed to the development of curlers.
OCI refers to Officiating, Coaching and Instructing (now renamed Programs and Services).
The role of the Programs and Services Team at the Qualicum & District Curling Club is to develop and organize curling instruction, coaching and officiating.
The team offers:
- Novice and Intermediate curling clinics before and during the curling season
- Technical and strategy mini clinics and seminars
- Video analysis service on Wednesday evenings
In addition, the OCI team encourages the hosting of CCA Technical Courses and Coaching Workshops, as well as Provincial Championship events.
