League Registration Forms League registration forms are available for you to download in pdf format or as a Word Document. However, as we are not set up yet to accept Visa, Mastercard or Amex, dues and fees must still be paid at the club with cheque or cash. Save time! Download your forms, complete them, and bring the form and your cheque to the club - we'll complete the original from your info. REMEMBER TO COMPLETE THE VOLUNTEER INFORMATION AT THE BOTTOM FOR OUR DATA BASE!
Remember that if your league fees are not paid by November 1, your curling privileges will be suspended until paid in full! Thank you.
