QDCC Board of Directors
Qualicum & District Curling Club members voted to change their style of governance to a Board of Directors (from an Executive) at the AGM in September of 2007.
This brings the managing of the club down into the heart or centre of the membership. It involves more members by meting out the tasks required to run the club to committees, which will be organized and monitored by a specific Director.
The club�s Bylaws (which is how we organize ourselves and is a document registered with the provincial government) and the club�s Policies & Rules (which is entirely our own internal document and is how we maintain order and ensure fairness for all) can be downloaded in pdf format below.
If you have questions, concerns or comments about our club�s Bylaws or Policies & Rules, please direct them to your Board of Directors and they will be happy to assist you in any way they can.
